How much does this cost?

To have a discussion and see if this is the right option for you? Zero dollars.

After that, we can work together to find the best solution to fit your needs and your budget. Whether you just want a plan to follow on your own or monthly/weekly sessions, we are committed to finding an option that works for you.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM?

It depends on your goals and your physical starting point, but the average length of a program is 8 weeks. That’s roughly the amount of time it takes to see positive changes in your habits, your movement, and your body that are sustainable and resilient enough to withstand more challenging exercise + activity.

WHAT WILL I GET?

  • An initial evaluation

  • A video-based corrective program to address any physical weaknesses or lifestyle barriers that may be limiting your health or performance

  • A follow-up evaluation at the end of your program to gauge your progress

Depending on your needs and your goals, you have the option to extend and progress to a more advanced training program or choose additional 1-on-1 sessions for assessment, questions, or modifications to your plan.

DO I NEED ACCESS TO A GYM/EQUIPMENT?

If you are chasing high-level fitness or performance in an activity or sport, having access to a gym or equipment is helpful — otherwise, having exercise equipment is often not necessary. Our primary focus is on improving your body’s natural strength and control, which doesn’t require any fancy equipment. Ideally, you just need a space that is large enough to lay down and make a snow angel without hitting your hands or feet.

What if I am dealing with an injury?

No problem! In our mind, Training + Rehab are one and the same — it’s just a matter of knowing oh to blend the two together. As part of any initial evaluation, we will do an orthopedic screen of any active injuries. If it’s something that needs more hands-on attention, we may recommend that you see a healthcare professional before starting the program.

WHAT IF I ALREADY HAVE A PROGRAM THAT I AM FOLLOWING?

Great! We don’t want to interfere with a training program that you are already following — we just want to make sure that it is addressing your weakest links and setting you up for success in the long term. We can always help you identify areas that may need a little more attention, or the exercises or activities that might be negatively impacting your recovery or performance.
